What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Journal & Mask (we have an indoor mask mandate in Arlington)
We are excited to partner with Courtney Fine who is a RYT 200 yoga instructor, six time Boston Marathoner, running coach, certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, and Reiki II trained.
During this Yoga and Meditation Workshop Courtney will offer an insightful and relaxing morning of movement, journaling and meditation with a focus on gratitude This class will meet you where you are at in your practice, no prior experience is needed.
The workshop will focus on the importance of a mindset of gratitude. Courtney believes that a mind that focuses on all that there is to be thankful for, will guide you in noticing all the gifts that surround us each and everyday.
This workshop will open with grounding breathwork, followed by a gentle movements, guided meditation and journaling. You will make space on your mat in both your body and mind, welcoming in the abundance of the holiday season.

About Courtney: Courtney, is a mom of three girls, a six time Boston Marathoner, running coach, RYT 200 yoga instructor, certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, and reiki II trained. She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and mindfulness with others. With an in-depth knowledge of running, yoga, and meditation, she also has Master’s in Special Education, allowing her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis and children. Courtney finds time daily to spend on her mat in order to create space in her head and focus on her mind/body connection. Today’s world is a very busy one, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and not focusing on our own needs. Courtney’s classes will teach you the importance of self-care, while leaving you feeling deeply stretched and with increased strength both mentally and physically. She fosters a community feeling where everyone has a place and will feel safe and supported. Whether you are new to yoga/meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave Courtney’s classes feeling supported and with something new to practice or think about both on and off the mat
