High-Tech ''Smart Fitness Studio'' Safer During Coronavirus
July 23, 2020
Grafton residents Scott and Lisa Hall just opened a new, high-tech "smart fitness studio” at 385 Concord Avenue, Suite 201-A, Belmont, MA 02478 that relies on robotics and artificial intelligence instead of dumbbells, treadmills, etc. It serves residents of the Belmont, Arlington, Lexington, Cambridge, Watertown, and Waltham areas. The Exercise Coach offers highly personalized programs optimized for efficiency, resulting in only two 20-minute workouts per week that can’t be matched in effectiveness with even seven days a week of traditional activity-based exercise. The studio blends customized strength and interval cardio training in each session along with the encouragement of certified coaches. The machines actually adjust a person’s workout to his/her strengths and weaknesses in real time, thereby helping the person get the most out of their workout and avoid injury.
The Exercise Coach is a much safer fitness option during the coronavirus. Environmental Protection Agency registered MicroShield 360™ antiviral spray is used throughout the fitness studio. Workouts are scheduled by appointment (no walk-ins) and only one client (or couple) is allowed in the studio at a time. All clients are required to use hand sanitizer (provided in the fitness studio) before workouts and to bring and change into gym-only shoes. Employees undergo temperature checks before beginning their shifts and wear masks and gloves. Personal trainers/coaches disinfect all equipment before and after every session as well as use styluses on touch screens. Workouts are only 20 minutes, so clients need not linger outside of their homes for a long period of time to get a workout in! We are offering two free sessions to fellow chamber members who mention this ad. Call (617) 665-7262 to schedule your first free appointment today.
