DESCRIPTION:43rd Annual Arlington Town Day Celebration\n\n\n\nJoin us for the 43rd annual Arlington Town Day Celebration. Festivities include music\, food\, petting zoo\, and a street fair with over 200 booth vendors. Town Day takes place along Massachusetts Avenue between Pleasant Street and Jason Street. Please note this area of Mass. Ave. will be closed as well as access to Mass. Ave. from adjoining side streets. MBTA has rerouted its bus routes accordingly. Traffic delays are expected. Visitors are encouraged to walk to the event\, if possible. For any future updates and to view the Town Day brochure and map\, please visit arlingtonma.gov/townday.\nTown Day Road Race\nThe Town Day Road Race is being held on Saturday\, September 14th at Arlington High School. Enjoy this 2.7 mile course as it heads down Mass Ave. and then turns onto the bike path. \n\nRegister prior to the event at arlingtonrec.com\, or the day of the race at 7:30 a.m. Race starts at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $20 per person in advance\, $25 day of the event.
