DESCRIPTION:This fun Town Day event features the work of local artists\, live music\, free museum tours\, and family art hunts! Shop for unique and creative items\, including prints\, collages\, textiles\, jewelry\, pottery\, soaps\, and more.\n\nFrom 10-noon\, enjoy a lively performance of classical and contemporary music by the Eliot Clarinets woodwind ensemble. At 12 pm\, join us in the Museum's garden to celebrate the unveiling of Arlington's newest work of public art   a small-scale bronze cast of Cyrus Dallin's iconic statue of Paul Revere! The statue's custom granite plinth\, commemorative plaque\, and decorative brickwork surround were designed by Arlington architect Tony Vogel to reflect the setting of Dallin's masterpiece in Boston's North End "Prado." This two-year project was made possible with support from the Arlington Transformative Growth Grant program\, Representative Sean Garballey\, Paul Revere Memorial Association\, and Tony Vogel.
