This May\, join \;Nicole Siegel \;and your fellow yogis and experience Portugal in all of its natural beauty. Come with us and reconnect with nature at Cara Creek Eco Lodge in the \;Serra da Estrela mountain region of Portugal. This retreat will allow you to deepen your yoga practice in sunlit studios while immersing yourself in the history and traditions of Portugal and its people. Our home base will be Cara Creek Eco Lodge\, a gorgeous eco-friendly sanctuary inspired by the cycles and patterns of nature. Local host and Arlington native Ashley Murray will share this beautiful space she built with her husband Rory. Our journey will be fueled by organic farm-to-table vegetarian meals &\; each participant will leave feeling transformed and reenergized.

Travel Considerations
\n\n
Plan to arrive in Portugal by Sunday morning. A shuttle from Lisbon will leave at 12:30p and a shuttle from Porto will leave at 1:30p.
\n\n
Plan to fly out of Portugal the evening of the 17th. There will be an 11a shuttle to the airport in Porto by around 1p\, and Lisbon airport around 2p.

Amenity Considerations
\n\n
Retreat guests enjoy their own space blended with a sense of communal living during retreats. Private accommodation is standard but when friends and couples are booking onto a retreat together\, they can opt to share.
\n\n
Eco Pods do not have electricity\, but have a small solar lamp. Bathrooms are shared. There are sustainably heated showers as well as cold water outdoor showers. Toilets are both flushing and compostable.
