Christine and her sister Sandy founded Something Sweet Without Wheat in 2010 by bringing their baked goods to a local farmer's market. They received great reviews and had such a loyal following that they opened up a wholesale facility and bakery.  A year later\, they established a second location run by Christine's son\, Joe\, in Arlington. \n\n In addition to their two locations and countless retail partners\, they serve many of the top universities\, hospitals & restaurants in the New England and East Coast areas. They have been featured in Boston Magazine\, Fox 25 News\, Chronicle\, The Boston Globe and have been asked to film a segment for America's Test Kitchen in April.  Something Sweet Without Wheat has been the exclusive GF caterer to a number of Hollywood movies filmed in Massachusetts.
