Description
2020 Vision for Better Health: What Will It Take?
Do you have a vision of what “health” really means? Is it just the absence of “disease” or is it feeling energetic, focused, vibrant, and able to do the things in life we enjoy the most? What keeps us from getting up and living life to the full? Are we too tired? Are we suffering from aches or brain fog? Are we able to maintain a healthy weight? Do we struggle with depression or anxiety? What about the biggies we are afraid of such as diabetes, cancer or heart disease? Often, we don’t think of how nutrition plays a role in all areas of our life and health. Are you stressed out and fatigued just thinking about this? This talk will touch on the things that can help you live a healthier life in 2020 and beyond!
