EVENT SCHEDULE: ARLINGTON HEIGHTS HOLIDAY STROLL & TREE LIGHTING
 

Saturday, December 13, 2-5:00pm (Rain or Shine)

ENJOY FREE family fun activities and live music, view 60+ winter-themed painted windows in 25 storefronts and support local businesses.

2:00-4:30pm

Touch-A-Truck hosted by the Arlington Fire and Police Departments, Intelligent Labor and Moving, and 

Little Latch Landscaping Co

Family bean bag and candy cane toss games

Heights Bus Depot, 1389 Mass Ave

 

2:00-4:30pm

Classic Photo-op with face cutouts of Gingerbread person and a Snowman. Bring your cell phone!

Classic Kitchen and Bath Showroom, 1321 Mass Ave.

Take a selfie with Reggie the Goalie!

2:00-3:30pm

Kids Winter Craft Activity: (ages 5-9) with Tonya Grifkin, local artist and certified art teacher

sing along with the Park Avenue Congregational Church All-Ages Singers

This Stroll is free to all, thanks to the Arlington Heights Community Association (AHCA). A warm thanks to the Roasted Granola Café, ACMi, Kumon Math and Reading Center, Classic Kitchen and Bath, and Sports Etc. for providing venues for this event. A big shout out to the wonderful town of Arlington for their participation and support.

FREE PARKING IN THE ARLINGTON COAL AND LUMBER PARKING LOT, 41 Park Ave.

 

This event is organized by the Arlington Heights Community Association with support from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. The Arlington Heights Community Association (AHCA) is a group of Heights business owners, residents, and non-profits who meet monthly to address local issues and concerns, support beautification projects, and organize public events in the Heights such as three seasonal window paintings and the Annual Holiday Stroll. Meetings take place on the third Thursday morning of every month. If you are interested in attending a meeting, volunteering at an event, or making a donation to support our activities, please contact Janet O’Riordan, joriordan@comcast.net.
