Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting at Empowered Fitness

Join us for a grand opening celebration at Empowered Fitness! Refreshments will be served and the ribbon cutting ceremony will start at 6pm. There is a parking lot located behind the building.

About Empowered Fitness:
We are a private, personal training studio offering in-person and online programs who specialize in working with individuals to improve their mental wellness through movement and exercise. We serve as a resource to help those dealing with things like depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions. We provide a comfortable exercise experience and programs that are specifically tailored to the person's needs, thoughts, drives, and enjoyment.

I used to not be in control of my life because of how I was feeling - I was unable to spend time with my family or engage in activities I love because of the mental barriers I faced. As a result of overcoming these challenges in my health journey, I created Empowered Fitness to help others through same/similar situations through movement and coaching so they can have more agency and happiness in their life.

I am pleased to invite you to our grand opening which will take place on Wednesday, February 12th @5-7 pm (please see invitation attached). It would be an honor to have you come be a part of something so incredible as we give hope to those who have lost their ability to live the life that they want and help them gain confidence with their health and every environment.
