While the holiday season is a generally festive time of year, it can also present challenges for many people, and can even be harder to navigate than other seasons.
Arlington Community Media Inc. (ACMi) is convening a diverse panel of experts for an in-depth discussion of the "holiday blues," including symptoms to look for, helpful responses and important resources that can be accessed.
See them Monday, Dec. 15, from 2 to 3 p.m., at ACMi Studio A at 85 Park Ave.
The panelists are:
Dr. James Ellison, a specialist in geriatric psychiatry;
Francesca Antognini, Ph.D., a renowned psychotherapist with a practice in Arlington;
Kate McHugh, LMHC, a specialist in yoga and in substance-use disorders who is also a psychotherapist.
This event is open to the public. All are welcome.
If you are interested, join us at Studio A. This panel discussion will also be aired on our Public channel (Comcast 8, RCN 3, Verizon 31) throughout the coming weeks.
