With Kim, of Kim Conant Photography, and Anne Thomson from the Arlington Chamber. Join us for 3 Thursdays in October- no commitment necessary. Join when you can, for some walking and networking!
From Kim:
"I was inspired by Blue Zones on Netflix, a documentary about communities in the world where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. They found that it was due to being active within a community of exercise, healthy eating, relationships, and a sense of purpose and belonging. This inspired me to create a walking club with the Chamber to bring this type of opportunity to the members and the community. There is an epidemic of loneliness in the US, and being outside in nature, walking is not only healthy for our bodies but also our minds. And, when we feel like we know our "neighbors" and feel part of the community, we are more apt to want to contribute and be a part of creating a space of overall wellness for all of its inhabitants."
