Renegotiating Commercial Leases and Loan Agreements: Practical tips & strategies

Small businesses affected by the pandemic may still have lease and loan obligations they aren't able to pay.  Bill Hulsey, an attorney and SCORE volunteer will help you (1) understand the terms of your agreement that might allow you to delay or reduce payments during the pandemic, (2) understand the legal concepts that could excuse contract performance and (3) explain negotiating strategies you can use when talking with your landlord or lender.
