ABOUT VISITING NURSE & COMMUNITY CARE
In April 2017, Greater Medford VNA and Visiting Nurse & Community Health merged to become Visiting Nurse & Community Care. The two non-profit and independently run agencies held a common mission to provide the highest quality of compassionate home care to their communities. Together, as Visiting Nurse & Community Care, we have continued this mission and pledge to be a responsive and innovative advocate for the communities we serve.
