In 2012, after gaining 15 years of experience in marketing and 8 years managing marketing programs for multimillion dollar engineering firms, Tess Hartwell launched Flavour Strategy, a full-service boutique marketing firm based in Arlington. She built her capabilities in PR, design, and business management working for industry giants such as Unilever, Sara Lee, Universal, and Warner Brothers Records in the US and abroad, and currently serves a range of clients throughout the Boston area including WGBH and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Tess specializes in brick and mortar businesses that are interested in greater growth and success through the implementation of better business practices, strategic planning and a holistic approach to customer engagement.
