Women's Networking Group - Can you defend yourself? Rape Aggression Defense (RAD)

Description

The Arlington Police Department will provide an introductory RAD training to attendees.  This is a women only event.  Please register now as seating is limited.
The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Program is a self-defense course designed for women which combines physical techniques and common sense crime prevention methods.  RAD gives women the tools to defend themselves and builds the self-confidence a woman needs in order to survive an attack.  This empowerment is taught through four basic principles: education, dependency on self, making one’s own decisions, and realization of one’s own power. 

American Alarm is an official Toys for Tots drop off location.  Attendees are invited to bring a donation of an unwrapped toy to the event.
