Cultivating confidence is a life long journey. Come explore how to nurture inner confidence in our rapidly changing cultural and economic landscape. We will approach "confidence" through the perspective of The Five Agreements to discuss self-care, support, and stretching personal limits. How do our beliefs limit or enhance us and what can you do about them?
KAREN SAMUELSON
Karen has been a Career and Life Coach for eight years with a private practice in Arlington, MA. She has Masters' degrees in Teaching and Communication, and is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and a Life Coach. Besides helping clients with resumes and cover letters, she also teaches writing to Harvard employees and has just completed her third screenplay.
Be sure to bring plenty of business cards for exchanging and entering our door prize raffle.There will be a sharing table available for displaying your marketing materials.
