Description
Join us for our Winter Acupuncture Workshop, “Climb Into Yin”. This workshop will feature a one hour Yin Yoga class lead by Amanda Vallimont, followed by a one hour Acupuncture and Savasana segment with Licensed Acupuncturists Lisa Goldfarb & Holly Shuman.
Winter is Yin in nature; it is inactive, cold, and damp. Remain introspective, restful, and consolidate your Qi through the season and prepare for the outburst of new life and energy in the Spring. Follow your instincts to eat warm nourishing soups, hibernate, stay cozy and re-boot your inner most resources.
