Workshop: Fall In- Yoga & Acupuncture

Join us for our Fall Yoga & Acupuncture Workshop featuring a yin yoga flow with Amanda Vallimont, followed by an acupuncture segment with Licensed Acupuncturists,  Lisa Goldfarb & Holly Shuman.

The air is getting crispier, we are transitioning from the easy going hot ,Yang ,expansive spirit of the summer to a more cool, YIn, introspective contractive time. Learning to honor the seasons and nurture your body in accordance with a new season will send you into this next chapter with ease.

Autumn is governed by the Lung/Large intestine meridians. The element is metal. Metal is about precision, organization, setting limits and protecting boundaries. It is a time to release what is no longer needed and keep what is nourishing. Come join us to honor the passing of Yang and falling in of Yin.
