Workshop: Goddess Wisdom for Modern Life w/Lisa Marie Rankin

In this 2-hour workshop, we will take inspiration from three ancient goddesses to integrate wisdom, creativity, and love into our lives.

 

This workshop will begin with an inspiring 75-minute vinyasa flow that includes meditation, pranayama, full-body yoga sequence, and savasana. This part of the workshop consists of hands-on assists, essential oils, and inspiring music.

 

We will spend the next 45-minutes understanding the wisdom each goddess has to share and journaling ways we can apply that wisdom to our modern life. Students will leave the workshop refreshed, inspired, and ready to use practical goddess wisdom in their everyday lives.
