About Us

A semi-private, science-based, coach-led personal training studio targeted at older adults (40+) who are * busy * tired of the gym scene * afraid of getting hurt or have limitations, or * just don't like exercise. Our computerized, intelligent, adaptive, and joint friendly machines custom a workout specific to you and give you a whole body workout in just two, 20-minute sessions each week. Why spend 45-60 minutes 3-5 times a week at the sweaty, people filled gym when you can come to a clean, private fitness studio in less time for less money (about 40-60% less than other personal trainers). Your first two sessions are FREE and without further obligation!
