Will’s Wills

Will McGuire is the founder of Will’s Wills, where he focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and related legal services. He brings over five years of dedicated experience helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate the legal complexities that follow loss. Will earned his J.D. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth School of Law after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a double major in Economics and Finance.

Known for his clear communication and detail-oriented approach, Will is passionate about making the law accessible and practical for every client. He also serves on the Southeastern Residential Services Human Rights Committee under the Department of Developmental Services.

Outside the office, you’ll find him tinkering with his Mazda Miata, building custom furniture from car parts, or spending time with his dog.
