Biz-M-Power Grant Program (Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation) – Rolling/June 30, 2025, or until funds are exhausted, whichever comes sooner.

The Biz-M-Power crowdfunding matching grant program offers small businesses in Massachusetts financial assistance with their acquisition, expansion, improvement or lease of a facility, purchase or capital lease of equipment, or with meeting other capital needs for the business. Eligible applicants will be empowered to advance their business with an innovative approach to obtaining capital. Businesses must crowdfund a minimum of $2,500 and a maximum of $20,000 to receive a 1:1 matching grant from MGCC. The combination of crowdfunding dollars and 1:1 matching grant from MGCC, businesses can earn $40,000+ through this program.
NOTE: Businesses with retail stores or that offer face-to-face services may have a better chance with successfully crowdfunded campaigns.
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection - 2024 Reduce, Reuse, Repair Micro-Grants - Deadline May 15, 2024.
Micro-Grants are up to $10,000 and will be awarded to projects that reduce waste generation and prolong the life of products through donation, rescue, reuse, and/or repair. For-profit and non-profit organizations, regional authorities, municipalities, and schools/colleges are all eligible to apply. Projects must be based in Massachusetts and take a year or less to complete. Composting and recycling projects are not eligible for this grant.
