If you've struggled with what exercises to include in your home workout routine, this is the workshop for you.
What to Expect..
Jonah will take us through a full body exercise routine with minimal equipment that is easy to learn and implement using bodyweight or resistance bands tailored to all exercise levels.
He will be going over all the basics with foundational movements like the squat and deadlift.
We will begin with a guided warm up to help prepare for our movements followed by corrective/mobility exercises to help combat frequent bodily pains/limitations.
In the end, you will feel more confident and equipped to achieve your health & fitness goals in the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be!
